Return Policy

Depending on your order details, your return may be processed as a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Returns must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Return requests need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always reach us at info@antonetteresortwear.com with any questions.

Refund Policy

Refunds to the original payment method incur a $10 dollar restocking fee, which covers the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2 weeks from the time your return is received for it to be processed.

Due to the nature of our product, sizing may differ depending on the piece. Please reach out to us at info@antonetteresortwear.com for any specific measurement and sizing questions you may have.

Free standard shipping for domestic orders over $150.

Ground Shipping $11 (exclusions apply for Puerto Rico & Hawaii)

Puerto Rico and Hawaii UPS Ground Shipping $50

Guam (US territory) and US Virgin Islands Ground Shipping $40 

2nd Day Air is $35

Next Day Air is $50

Domestic Shipping Guidelines

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air placed Monday – Friday after 4 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday.
